Within one business day for initial responses. For a scoped conversation we usually book a call within the same week once we have a short description of the project.

Do you work with brands outside the UK?

Yes. We are London-based but work with brands worldwide. Most communication is async via Slack, Notion, and GitHub. We overlap well with European and US East Coast time zones and can flex for other regions.

Do you sign NDAs before discovery calls?

Happy to sign standard mutual NDAs before any discussion of proprietary systems or data. Our standard MSA and SOW templates are also available for review ahead of engagement.

Your current platform, rough revenue band, the problem you are trying to solve, and any hard deadlines. Even a paragraph is enough for us to decide whether we are a fit and give a ballpark scope.

Can we start with a short paid discovery before a full engagement?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we often begin with a 1-2 week paid discovery for complex projects. Output is a written architecture brief, effort estimate, and implementation plan that you own regardless of whether you continue with us.
