- Launch. Side-by-side QA on real orders, redirects mapped before the switch, and a scoped post-launch support period agreed in writing.

Do you use templates or design from scratch?
We build from your requirements rather than reskinning a purchased template. Where a platform template already fits most of the brief, we say so, because customising it can be the cheaper honest route.
Which platforms do you design for?
Shopify and Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and WooCommerce, plus headless front ends on Hydrogen, Catalyst or Next.js. We recommend the platform after discovery, not before.
Will a redesign hurt our search rankings?
Not if it is planned. We map every old URL to its new one, keep titles, headings and structured data that already rank, and check the new templates against Core Web Vitals before launch. Our ecommerce SEO team can run the redirect and content review alongside the build.
