Terms of Service

1. Engagement Terms

These terms govern the use of No7 Software Limited's website and initial consultation services. Formal development projects are subject to a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, design assets, and methodologies developed by No7 Software remain the property of No7 Software Limited until full payment of the project fees.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for technical excellence, No7 Software is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from third-party platform (Shopify/BigCommerce) downtime, API changes, or algorithm updates.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
