- How is this different from a Shopify expert review?
- Most experts review your store visually. We instrument it — Lighthouse runs, schema validation, app-load profiling, JS bundle analysis, checkout flow timing — and rank findings by likely revenue impact, not by "this looks better".
- Will the audit find things we don't already know?
- Usually, yes — most stores carry several high-impact issues nobody on the merchant side has the time to dig out. If we find nothing material, we say so plainly and don't pad the report.
- Do we have to use you for the fixes?
- No. The audit is a complete deliverable. If our recommendations match work you already do internally, brilliant. If you want us to scope and quote, we will — separately.
- How long does it take?
- Typically one to two weeks depending on store complexity and integration depth. We confirm a window after the discovery scan, not before — quoting a fixed day-count without seeing the store is how scope creep starts.
- What does it cost?
- We share pricing on the discovery call. We hold the price firm in writing once we've seen your store.
