Case study

Ader Savunma: a defence supplier’s website, redesigned and rebuilt

Ader Savunma has Türkiye’s highest processing capacity in metal plating, painting and test and measurement for the defence industry, and is an approved supplier to every prime contractor in the country. The website did not say so. We redesigned it, rebuilt it in Turkish and English, and launched it in September 2026. Drag the handles to compare.

The challenge

Keep the identity, replace everything the buyer relies on

Ader’s buyers are procurement managers and engineers at platform integrators. They arrive already searching for a process, and they want two answers: does this supplier meet the specification, and will it deliver on time. The previous site had a cinematic hero and a menu, and left both questions to a phone call.

The brief was explicit: not a new brand. Keep the crimson, the logo and the existing content, then give the site the depth of an established defence supplier. Every page in two languages with full parity, one call to action everywhere, and a design a purchasing department would not mistake for a start-up.

Before and after

The same pages, rebuilt for the person holding the drawing

Services: every process named, with the specification it runs to

The old services page was a list of headings. The new one names each plating, painting and test process, the MIL, AMS or ASTM specification it is applied to, and the limits of the line, so a procurement engineer can match a drawing to a process without a phone call.

A service page that answers the first two questions

Buyers at a prime contractor ask two things first: can you meet the spec, and can you deliver on time. Each service page now leads with the processes, the standards and the capacity, and ends with the same request: send us the drawing.

The company page reads like a supplier audit

Certifications, the quality system, the plant and the application areas are on the page, not in a PDF sent on request. A buyer can qualify Ader from their desk, which is what an approved supplier to prime contractors needs to allow.

Contact became a request for quotation

One call to action across the site, in both languages: send the drawing. The contact page takes the file and the specification, explains the quotation process and states the response time, so the enquiry arrives with what the engineering team needs to answer it.

Under the surface

Rebuilt, not restyled

  • Rebuilt from the ground up. The old pages were replaced, not reskinned, and the site opens as fast from Munich as it does from Ankara.
  • Turkish and English in parallel. Every page exists in both languages with the same structure, the same specifications and the same call to action.
  • Full-screen sections, plant video, live counters. Plant footage runs silent and on loop; the plant area, process count and paint booth length are stated as numbers, not adjectives.
  • Certifications and the five-step process on the homepage. AS9100, ISO 9001 and NADCAP in the first screen; drawing to delivery in five named steps, with the quotation turnaround stated.
  • Readable by AI assistants. Structured data on every page, questions answered in plain sentences, so an engineer asking an assistant who plates to a MIL specification in Türkiye gets Ader in the answer.

The result

A supplier a prime contractor can qualify from its desk, in either language

The identity Ader’s customers already knew is intact. Everything a buyer checks before picking up the phone is now on the page. Live at adersavunma.com.tr.
